With proper (new) permission, invoice and payment information should be
editable.
Use case :
In my library, the librarians must fill the "note" field with the name of the
bank account holder written on the cheque, for administrative reasons.
If they forget, it could be useful for the head of accounting to be allowed to
edit this information.
