It might be nice for some users to have a koha-restore that doesn't try to
restore everything in /var/lib/koha and /etc/koha/ and only does the database.
While I realise that it is very easy to zcat backup.sql | sudo koha-mysql site,
it's an elegant thing to wrap that in koha-restore as an option.
