To test:
* Add a subscription to a record with at least one item
* Make sure item has a callnumber
* Set opacSerialDefaultTab to 'subscriptions tab'
* In the OPAC, switch to the holdings tab and click "Browse shelf" behind the
callnumber
* Verify you are sent to the subscriptions tab, shelf browser doesn't show
