Testing notes (using KTD):

1. Enable UseCashRegisters system preference.

2. I noticed in the patch (I don't normally look at these as I don't know what
is going on!), and noticed there was 'stuff' for deleting a cash register. I
can't see an option to do this in the staff interface.
