To recreate:
Go to a form that has the preventDoubleFormSubmit() attached when submitting.
1. Go to a patron account -> Transactions > Create manual invoice
2. Go to 'Make a payment tab'
3. Click 'Pay selected'
4. Now use the browser's back button to return to the 'Make a payment' screen.
5. You cannot submit again
