We have multiple people using MARC Modification Templates for different
workflows, so the list of templates is very long and requires a lot of
scrolling if your template is at the bottom. It would be useful to have local
or user specific templates, so we can create some that are not needed by others
without making the list longer. Adding a column showing who created each
template that we could limit by would not be perfect but would limit the amount
of clicking and/or scrolling.
