If I do this search:
http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/search.pl?q=an:104
And then search within for "alcestis", I wind up with this URL:
http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/search.pl?q=ccl=an%3A104&&&limit=alcestis
As you can see, there are 2 too many ampersands there.
