In an effort to refrain from having multiple accounts for a staff member that
works at more than one branch, and for those library admins that do not want
staff changing branches, it would be helpful if we could set a permission in a
user account indicating that they can change branches, and then pick what
branches they can choose from.
There would either need to be a master setting to indicate if staff are allowed
to pick a branch when they login, or if they pick something they are not
allowed, Koha should force them to pick between their branches.
It would also be great if the IP addresses we can define under each branch
would actually be useful for this, and detect for them which branch they are
set to when they login. Of course, that would only be for login, and not
hinder their ability to change during use.
