View of Item Group and Specific Item Hold Screen
Item group holds table should display differently if all the items on that
group are unavailable or non-holdable (withdrawn, lost, etc.). This would keep
staff from accidentally placing a hold on an item group that would not fill the
hold.
Basing this request on information that's available under the "Information"
column of the "Place a hold on a specific item" section of the place hold page.
