When changing selected suggestions from the suggestions management list, when
adding a reason for changing the status:
if you select “Others ...” and then clear that by clicking “Cancel” you are
presented with the dropdown. You can select a standard reason, but if you then
select "Others ..." from the dropdown again, the text box is gone and it only
shows the "Cancel" button. If you click "Cancel" again, you get the dropdown
again, and so on.
This behavior does not appear when editing a purchase suggestion after clicking
"edit" for a certain suggestion. Then the textbox does reappear.
