When editing a purchase suggestion made via the OPAC, the currency that is
default selected differs from the active currency.
If the suggestion was made via the staff client, the currency is correct.
In our specific case we have EUR set as active currency. System preference
CurrencyFormat is set to 360 000,00 (FR). The purchase suggestion from the OPAC
shows CAD as currency, instead of EUR.
