Loading addbiblio.pl page could take several seconds, because an input and an
label are created for ALL the fields and subfields of the framework. So
depending on your browser and computer, it could really take a long time to
load the page.
Maybe it could be loaded faster, either by sending to browser only the
information needed for the current tab (0 - 9), or by sending all information
in a background task, while the librarian is looking at a specific tab?
