TrustedSelfCheckout allows end users to checkout to themselves via the OPAC
without the need for a separate terminal in the library to run the SCO/SCI.
However, it currently allows checkout from anywhere. It would be nice to have
the option to limit such checkouts to only logins inside the local network and
thus a limit by IP range preference would be a good addition to the feature.
