It would be useful to have more levels of claims for late subscriptions
At the moment you can mark a late subscription as Claimed
but if you have to chase up this claim, or re-claim, there's no adequate status
to indicate that. you can save a Note, but it would be nice to filter on status
like 'Claimed twice' etc.
