Rotating collections transfer request message on check-in
For items in a rotating collection, upon checking in the item, a message
appears requesting the transfer of the item due to it being in a rotating
collection with a "Print slip" button. However, the opportunity to actually
initiate the transfer (or cancel transfer) does not appear, even when the item
is checked in again.
