When a checkout via self-check fails due to something about the item (it's
withdrawn, not for loan, etc), Koha gives a message that says "This item cannot
be checked out at this station." It sometimes includes the title. It does not
include the item barcode.
This becomes problematic with the introduction of batch self-checkout with bug
32256. If checking out multiple items from the same bib/title, there's no easy
way to see which items failed and which items checked out successfully.
