When viewing cataloging concern details, the display is missing a space when
one changes the assignee without entering update text. To recreate:
1 - enable CatalogConcerns, create a Concern for a bib
2 - on your bib, click Details on your concern
3 - enter text in the Update field, select a user in Change Assignee, click
Update
4 - see that your update shows "Private" on the first line, then the new
assignee name on the second line
5 - put a user in Change Assignee and click Update button without putting
anything in the Update field
6 - see this update shows with "Private[User name]" on one line without a space
