The values for the "value" column and the "options" column are swapped in the
SQL that added the EmailFieldSelection syspref (for both upgrades and new
installations). I'm not sure if this causes any problems except in the
situation where the user sets EmailFieldPrimary to MULTIPLE but doesn't set
EmailFieldSelection (which doesn't make sense to do), but we should fix it
anyway.
