Something happened, we don't know what, but the patch from bug 35942 either
didn't make it to main, or somehow disappeared from main, and although
https://git.koha-community.org/Koha-community/Koha/commit/5e3ea9440ebba8ff7a030a5550b62a5e15931d7e
says it was cherrypicked from affb8929fe7451a7dfec9498c55a97bac56129b3 for
23.11 that commit it was cherrypicked from doesn't seem to exist.
So now we have it on 23.11, 23.05, 22.11, and 22.05, but need to land it on
24.11 and 24.05.
