Patrons -> New Patron -> Fill in required fields. 2. Notice there is no option to edit the patron's privacy. 3. Click save. 4. In your new patron's details notice 'Privacy pref:' is set to default. 5. Apply patch and restart_all 6. Go to your new patron's details and click edit. 7. Scroll to 'Library Management' and notice a new option to change the patron's privacy settings. 8. Change the setting to whatever you like and click save. 9. In your patron's details notice 'Privacy pref:' is set to whichever setting you chose.
