When adding a new title in the ERM, the form does not specify the Identifier
type such as ISBN, ISSN, or something else. However, after the title is
submitted, it defaults to ISBN. Since is possible the identifier could be an
ISSN or something else, the form needs a selection option to identify the type
beyond print versus online. Defaulting to ISBN can be misleading if the number
is actually something else.
