I think we miss some information here.
IIRC the problem is linked to permissions. They can only access their own
account if they have the edit_* permission?
So we should either not show the link, or make sure we have some way to view
the information.
I don't think we should allow to change their own information apart from
password, as this would mean they could change settings they maybe should not
be allowed to (patron category, library, etc.).
