To recreate:
- have 2 items, 1 checked out and 1 not checked out
- go to returns.pl
- check in the item that was checked out, confirm it shows in the checkins
table as having been checked in successfully
- check in the item that was not checked out. Confirm it shows in the checkins
table with a message "Item was not checked in"
- Confirm EVERY line in the checkin table now includes that "Item was not
checked in" message
