Bug ID: 37335
Summary: Modified "Expected on" date when receiving serials
doesn't save
Change sponsored?: ---
Product: Koha
Version: 24.05
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: NEW
Severity: enhancement
Priority: P5 - low
Component: Serials
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
QA Contact: [email protected]
When I receive a serial and change the "Expected on" date to something other
than what displays, the date I entered doesn't save when I later view the
serial collection or the "Date arrived" column in the Subscription tab of the
bib - it saves as today's date. To change the date, I need to edit the serial
after it's received, which is a time-consuming extra step.
To replicate:
-Receive a serial, set the "Expected on" date back a month (or to any other
date), and save
-Note that once you view the serial collection, the "Date received" date is
today's date, not the date it was changed to
-Check the Edit box for that issue, and then "Edit serials"
-Change the "Expected on" date to a different date, and save
-Note that the "Date received" date in serial collection and the "Date arrived"
in the Subscriptions tab in the bib
