TO recreate:
1. Administration > Patron categories
2. Set a library limit for some patron categories. ( IN k-t-d I added a limit
to the PT category which included only MPL )
3. Log in as a branch other than the one you added as a library limit in step
2.
4. Do a patron search and see the error:
Uncaught TypeError: categories_map[data.toLowerCase()] is undefined
