It would be great if there were an option to make items with a damaged status
not for loan.
This would be particularly helpful in our library with our circulating wi-fi
hotspots.
I am not sure whether it would make sense for it to be an on/off preference
like AllowHoldsOnDamagedItems or a table to be configured like
ItemsDeniedRenewal.
