To replicate:
1. Go to circulation - transfers
2. Select a destination library
3. Enter barcode and submit.
See a transferred items table. Bug 31671 adds a print slip for the transfer.
4. Navigate back to the circulation page.
5. Select Transfers again.
See that the previous table is now gone. If the slip needed to re-printed, the
transfer now has to be regenerated. It may be nice to retain this table for
reference and also to have the print slip option. It would be nice to have the
table options available too.
