The only way to access macros is to edit a record in the Advanced Editor. It
would make more sense if Macros was a more explicit cataloging tool in the
cataloging module or listed in Administration under Catalog. In addition, a
table should be introduced that lists the macros, a description or notes field,
and action buttons with edit and delete.
