At the moment once you have set an article request from New to Pending or from
Pending to Processing, there is no way back.
So if you picked an article request and then realize, that you cannot finish
processing it or have picked a wrong one, there is no way to correct this
mistake.
It would be nice if the status changes were more flexible also allowing a reset
to the original status or back to New.
