I'd suggest that we make the opening and closing times accessible via the API
for usage within koha (for example in Vue) as well as usage on external
websites (for example an institution's main website separate from the OPAC).
We could either add it to the /libraries endpoint's responses or create a
dedicated endpoint for opening hours.
I'm leaning more towards the inclusion within the library responses.
