When the stages of a rota are defined, we can specify how many days the items
should remain at each library. Would it be a good idea if we could specify the
item level details the items should have while they stay at a particular
library? That way we could specify that a group of items in a rota should have
location "On display" while they are at Library X, and "Fantasy" while they are
at Library Y.
