If you were looking for information regarding those fields, I would advise to trust the Manual. This section of the Manual was last updated 2 years ago, whereas the one in the Wiki page was updated in 2015. The Wiki page does also say: "Until now only a proposal (not in the code)" and references Koha version 3.2, which is positively ancient in Koha terms.
