Did a grep on the following exported subs:
CreateItemAccountLine
UpdateAccountLines
CheckAccountLineLevelInfo
CheckAccountLineItemInfo
CheckExistantNotifyid
GetNextIdNotify
GetNotifyId
ReplacementCost
ReplacementCost2
GetOverdueDelays
GetOverduerules
As it appears, they are not even used anywhere (anymore).
My proposal is now to remove them.
