KOHA logout not working (just refreshes page) when SSO Azure session has
expired.
To reproduce this:
1. Login to Koha staff side SSO (if you logout now it functions)
2. If I leave the session for an extended period of time (1+ hour) I can see
the SSO session with azure has expired using KohaSite/Shibboleth.sso/Session
3. If i now try to logout of Koha, the Logout button just refreshes the staff
interface and stays logged in. Log out is now only possible by closing the
browser.
