When the AllowHoldItemTypeSelection system preference is enabled, the field
"Request specific item type" appears twice in the hold form. Once in the top
part, and once in the "Hold next available item" section. I'm not sure if this
is by design, but it feels superfluous.
To recreate:
1. Enable AllowHoldItemTypeSelection
2. Find a record and click Place hold
3. Find a patron
--> In the hold form, "Request specific item type" appears both in the first
section of the form and in the "Hold next available item" section
