=> The "fa-search" icon is lost in the top-left corner, it should be tied to
the "Show/Hide filters" link
=> Second agreement and following are not aligned correctly
=> "Add new agreement" button is not aligned correctly

Seems to be a regression (?) but not coming from the Bootstrap5 upgrade.
Same display in 23.11.x (haven't searched on older versions)
