With bug 31503 we now have a very flexible system of patron consents, based on
plugins.
It would be interesting if specific consents could be linked to specific
itemtypes. That way a library that lends out e.g. laptops could have a specific
consent type for laptops, and only patrons who have an active consent of the
laptop type would be able to borrower a laptop.
