When not using PatronSelfRegistrationVerifyByEmail is not in use, a patron sees
the following message when registration is complete:
For your convenience, the login box on this page has been pre-filled with this
data. Please log in.
This apparently only applies to the on-page login form in the side navigation,
and not the modal login form linked at the top of the page.
This is a problem, because we do not display the side form. So this statement
is false.
This functionality should pre-fill both forms, not just one of them.
