When you go into a patron's permissions, there is a search box to search or
filter permissions at the top of the table. The Filter label for this search
box is misaligned.
To get there:
1. Go to a patron's account
2. Click More > Set permissions
--> At the top of the table, the Filter label and the filter text box are
not aligned
