Items with damaged status are shown on the OPAC results page as "Not available"
even with AllowHoldsOnDamagedItems set to 'Allow', which is misleading for the
users. 'other/Damaged' status should be assigned only if
AllowHoldsOnDamagedItems is set to 'Don't allow'.
