On the Suggestions management page, beneath the table there is a Change
selected suggestions section. Within this section, the Update manager option is
broken in 24.05. Users can click on Select manager to conduct a patron search,
but the selected patron name is not retained and not applied to the selected
suggestions when the Submit button is clicked. Instead, the Managed by column
in the table is updated with the name of the logged in user when the Submit
button is clicked.
