In bug 38175 I tried to clean up the PATCH operations for bookings and settle
on a standard implementation.
I'd like to update holds to match that, so instead of adding per field
endpoints for every individual field you wish to change I'd like to move to
PATCH support on the main edit/update resource as per the above bug.
