On /cgi-bin/koha/authorities/authorities.pl?authid=xxx, attempting to
click-and-drag to select and modify text in text boxes results in the whole
sub-field element and text box being dragged (similar to how an image would
be), and no text being selected.
As sub-field elements on this page can be re-ordered within their field by
clicking and dragging, this behaviour seems to be taking precedence over the
more usual text-select click-and-drag behaviour in text boxes.
When hovering the mouse over the text in these boxes the cursor is a
text-selection style "I-beam" cursor, which indicates to a user that
click-and-drag selection should be possible. Maybe list reordering with
click-and-drag could be limited to clicks outside of text boxes, leaving
click-and-drag text selection working normally?
