I suppose I was thinking we might want to think about it in advance just to
make sure we try out best to accommodate future changes.

Yep, I think that makes sense.

I suppose we'll need namespaces. In some ways, it's too bad we have
"api_namespace" and not just "plugin_namespace". We could have
"permission_namespace" though.
