Enhanced Normal View layout
Enhance the Normal View by separating field labels and field data in their own
columns. A total of 3 columns are required for this design.
Column width for field labels (middle column) is elastic to accommodate the
longest field label name.
When a field has multiple entries (e.g. Subjects), each entry starts on a new
line.
