In the Circulation preferences chapter, under UseCourseReserves
(https://koha-community.org/manual/latest/en/html/circulationpreferences.html#usecoursereserves)
the internal reference is not formatted correctly.
"The `Course Reserves <#coursereserves>`__ module in Koha"
should be something like
"The :ref:`course reserves module <course-reserves-label>`"
