I believe there is something wrong with status graph : when the item is checked
out, then checked in, then marked complete, the button "check out" is still
visible, whereas the request has the "complete" status.
If "complete" mean "finished, nothing remains to do, the item was returned to
the supplying library", then there should not be a "check out" button.
