Dear David,

Yes it is the e-reader feature we are after.
I am keen to look at the Koha plugin and cost. If you could come up with a
price , I would be keen to consider. 

If a bunch of us could share the cost of development that would be great and
the plugin could be available for everyone... 

Yes i/we would be keen to look at the paid Koha plugin options.
