Noticed when testing something else.
Uncaught Sortable: `el` must be an HTMLElement, not [object Undefined]
To recreate:
1. Go to Administration > MARC bibliographic framework
2. Pick any framework and MARC structure
3. Pick any subfield and View subfield
Notice the console error.
