There are several reasons why this can happen, some data related. At the moment
I believe this to be more of a support issue and we'd need much more
information to investigate as a bug. Please reach out on the mailing list or in
the Mattermost chat. The first thing that will be needed is the exact error
from the logs when you try to load the page. You'll need to have access to the
server for that.
